My Top 5 Fresh Raspberry Recipes

It's hot and humid here in South-Central Wisconsin.
I'm not a fan of it. But my raspberry patch sure is.

What to do with all these raspberries?

Call me picky, but I don't particularly like the texture of the seeds from the raspberries. I've tried to find a collection of recipes that use a combo of pureed fruit with juice, or just the strained fruit.

Well, here's a few recipes I like:

1.  Raspberry Pops from RealSimple

We have some of these waiting in the freezer. Remember that raspberries stain... we plan to eat these outside, in our swim suits!

2.  Seedless Raspberry Jam from TimeToCookOnline

Mmmm... I've always had a soft spot for homemade jams.

3.  Raspberry Lemonade Bars from IMPROV Kitchen

These look divine. It's a crust made from scratch, but oh so worth it!

4.  Rapsberry Lemon Hand Pies from How Does She?

I want to lick the screen.

These are on my to-bake list. Asap!

5. Frozen White Chocolate & Rapsberry Dessert from A Farm Girl's Dabbles

A pretzel crust adds just the right amount of salt and crunch.
